How much does paying a nanny £300 net per week really cost you?  Your own gross earnings to meet this cost will be £548.76 per week. After you pay your tax and NIC, you are left with a net income of £415.70 per week. Take off the employee deductions of £81.01 per week and employer's NIC of £34.69 per week will result in a net payment of £300. Oh, don't forget to add on another 5.6 weeks holiday pay.
